Default Brake noise with rims.

ok, i put rims on (17" ADR Sokudos)...and i've noticed that when i brake, it sounds like a school bus (no pun intended...the box, ya know) stopping. i wonder is it because the wheels are so much more open? is this a problem?

like a loud braking noise. not squealing or anything like that. just a louder idk...grinding? noise. like i can actually hear my car stopping when maybe it was muffled before because of the stock wheels?

The wheels could be rubbing on something. Can you feel it when it does it or is it just a noise?

if the wheels are bigger than stock the rims i mean then it is always going to sound because they are heavier which means more load on the breaks than the stock ones or at least thats what i've heard and it also makes sence to me lol
