Lately its gotten more and more difficult to steer

PS fluid is full, what else should I check

I have 16 in wheels with 215 50 16 bf g sports, monroe shocks/struts, swift springs, ES front sway bushings and trd sway bar.

any ideas what to check. I also get a clank noise when backing up, I think my springs just need that wrap on them though

 

Here's something to test... and do this in a large area with plenty of room.

Put the car in reverse and turn the wheel all the way left (you don't have to crank it). Slowly back up in a full circle. If you feel a catch or hear a heavy clank... you need to check your right CV joints and also check the bearings. If you have no problems, turn the wheel to the right and do it again.

Also, how many miles are on your box and have you replaced your bushings?

and I changed the sway bar bushings (sway bar bushings) to energy suspension ones

 

Check tire pressure if it is too low then there is more contact patch to fight when turning. As the tread wears a little they get a little stiffer and grap the road better. Next of course is to jack up the front end and turn the wheels by hand with the engine off and see how stiff they are to move side to side. Check for a loose power steering belt too.
