Euroline knock-offs or other inexpensive VIP?

IMO, a nice simple dish faced wheel, even with no lip, can have a real strong VIP feel to it as long as it has the right spacing and a slammed stance.
Na'im's xB was one of my favorites. I was never a chrome guy, but those Ice Metals were nice. I bet with some spacers and camber plates/shims, he could of passed as VIP style

Check these out... there's a set of MODULAR club lineas on Ebay right now, very rare and redrilled to 4x100. If you have some $ now I'd keep a close eye on these.

The reason I like to advocate simple, no-lip dish wheels are because you don't have to worry too much about offsets (which you can just dial in with spacers) and they are usually cheaper (mostly one piece). They work well for VIP style because they usually look similar to OEM wheels of many luxury cars - clean and classy. I think they make a good alternative if you can't afford custom multi-piece wheels.
If you want a VIP style lip, I don't think there's any way to fake the funk. I would rather not get the one-piece wheels that try to mimic multi-piece wheels. Even with huge spacers, I don't think they would look too good. For me, it's all or nothing I would rather have no-lip than a cheap looking lip. Plus, IMO, I think a lot of those wheelstudio/wheelmax wheels look cheap and gaudy. I don't think it's worth getting those even if for budget VIP...
In the end, VIP style is mainly about the being super slammed and crazy flushness which is what I think people really forget.

I can't believe someone asked for Work knockoffs Matt, you better go back to school and do your homework and unerstand why deep dish wheels are expaensive. You gotta pay if you wanna play on VIP grounds. Othewise, stick to "modding" your car with lights, stickers, springs, lights, stickers intakes, etc.

Thanks to school, I won't be able to buy any new wheels until I graduate. So I'm leaning towards Jlines...My xB isn't really heading down the true VIP path (more JDM).

Well save your money to get what you want. I did and I have them. I took awhile for we too. I have been working on my project for a couple years now and I barely have anything done. But, I choose my stuff with alot of scrutiny.

Jlines are just as expensive as many jdm rims and they're are not made in Japan (at least I don't think they are). But you don't have to get Eurolines or that style to have a nice looking box. They're a whole lot of choices.
The thing is......
Buy what you like. Even if you have to save up, when you buy the ones that you really like, without having to compromise for anything, you will be the most happy and the most satisfied. That's what it's all about!!!Being the most satisfied and happy about what you got. And you might be surprised. You may not have to spend all that money to get there.

do you really think you will be happy owning a set of wheels? you will be in one point in time. but satisfied? place answer here: ____
just wait and look for a bargain/good sale, or be the other guy that bought and paid a brand new eurolines(example) and unexpectedly had to sell it for some reasons.
