Default Help!! Am I rubbing???

Ok, I have had my rims on for about a month. They are 17x7 BSA C2 w/ 205/40/17 nangkang tires. I have been trying to figure out if the dragging that I am hearing from the front is tire noise or the wheels touching something. Yesterday I stuck my hands in the wheel well to feel the clearance and everything seemed fine. However, on the driverside I felt a nick on the rim with a small metal piece raised from the rim. I don't know if this is something that has happenend recently or occured when the rims were installed at the. I was told by Wheelguyz that the wheels are 38mm offset. Any ideas?

Check the inside of the wheel well, cause they mite be rubb'n there. Also check the fender to bumper bracket bolts. Your going have to check it all. Just pull off the wheels and look around really good, and you'll find something!
