Are the wheels rubbing the fender?

No, there is no rubbing on the fender, nor any rubbing on the inside of the tire.

I hope you did not pinch the brake lines.

Or mayby see if the E-Brake is still on.

E-brake is down, I dont believe I pinched the brake lines. I took a lot of care not to pinch them.

Got it working!!!! Not sure why the the rear drums were stuck. Loosened the bolts holding the hub, and then re-tightened them. Now it rolls. Thanks for the help guys!

>>>----SOLVED----<<<

I used the bolts that shipped with the OTG spacer kit. The bolts were much longer than the original ones. What happened was that one of the bolts was interfering with the operation of the brake pad. The bolt was so long it was blocking the pad from moving. I solved the problem by using washers to "shorten" the bolt. The pad now has clearance to move properly. Hope this helps if anybody else has this problem.

Did you install 1 set of the 3/8" (9.53mm) thick shims or 2? Did you use the lock washers supplied with the kit?

I used one spacer shim per wheel hub, and used the supplied 3/8" bolt and lock washer. I have been riding on them for a day now with no further problems. I will probably have to check that the bolt with the washers on it stays tight. I unfortunately did not have a camera at the time of installation.
