Default HELP ME CHOOSE TIRES PLEASE!!!

So it's time to get rims and tires. I've already chosen Sportmax 006 18 x 7.5 Now I just need some help with the tires. Everywhere that I've shopped, the prices are all between 12 -1300 for four pack bundle. Since they're all relatively the same in cost, I just need some input from anyone that's ever run any of these. It's between:

Yokohama Parada spec2's

Falken Ziex ze912

Nitto Neogens

I live in Florida and need a good dry/wet tire to run year round. The rainy season is coming up right when I get back to the states and there are some places in Ft. Walton where puddles can get over 8" deep and the roads have an inch of water on them. If you have run any one of these or have any other suggestions it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,

I'd vote for Falken.

Update: Kumho ecsta ast or the falken's it's only a 18 dollar difference and the falkens have a better treadwear rating. I think I made up my mind. Thanks for all your help.
