will factory IS300 wheels fit on the tC???? Ive got a friend who sold his IS but still has the factory wells and id rather those 5spokes than the nasty ones that come on the tC. anyone know if its the same 5x?

Not trying to put down your idea, but why would you want to put IS300 wheels on the Tc? IMO thats like putting type-r emblems on a non-type-r civic. I'm not sure what the lug size is for the IS300, i saw somewhere most lexus cars have weird lug sizes. like 5 X 112.5 or something a long the lines of that. Anyway, good luck. Cya

Ours : 5x100
Theirs : 5x114.3

 

maybe because he/she thinks they look better. why else? Its not like he/she is going to put "I have Lexus IS 300 Rims!!!!" all over their car.

 

same reason for WHY you put those ugly ___ tails on your xB...because u like them...___....i want the rims cause they look so much better than the tC's wheels plus i like the 5 spoke...and No im not gonna roll around with LEXUS badges on the wheels i would use the tC centercaps if they fit and if not then just paint the Lexus caps

No crap. He's not trying to make his car look like something it's not, he's trying to make it look better. That doesn't parallel "Type-R badges on a Civic" at all... IS300 wheels would look HOT on the tC (if it were possible).

 

Actually, it *is* possible. It's just not a matter of mounting the rims, since the bolt patterns are different. You would have to change out the studs, and a few other things, but it *is* possible, just not cheap

 

oh i know its possible...and i could get a custom hub made...but its not worth it to me
