nothing to do with offset..the wheel in the pic is a 15x8.5 w/ new polished lips from kodiak. mine is what his USED to be, a 15x7 (stock lips still). it's a 3 piece wheel, and i'll be replacing the lips this summer.
Ah, now i see, the dullness vs. the new lips really make a huge difference.

Can't wait to check them out!

That would look sweet. I've been contemplating whether or not keeping my 3 piece RFs I pulled off my Cabby or just getting new wheels once I get my xB. I kinda wonder how mine would look on a xB, although the rims need repair as two are curbed and two are bent thanks to Houston's excellent streets.

Any pics of these mounted on the box yet?

The wheels look good. Do you have the special lug nuts for these too?
