Default Largest width tires on xA/xB?

What's the largest width tire that anybodies been able to fit in the wheel well of an xA or xB?? With NON-EXCESIVE camber.

The most I've seen people put on looks like 215 or maaybe 225. Has anybody been able to fit 245 or bigger? Ideally, I'd like to throw on some 255 or bigger. My objective is more traction/grip for autoxing/tracking, not for more bling.

Thanks,

you would probably have a better chance of flipping the car :D than breaking traction with 245s... just my $0.02

255!?!, there goes any acceleration you would have had. There are plenty of sticky tires out there no wider than 225. Besides how less do are cars weigh?

So why would someone need 255s? Unless of course the car has a fully built motor and tranny capable of stomping just about everything.

That's because you have a built motor and tranny!
