Looks good. Im surprised your not rubbing although you are on 18's and I was on 19's. I took a big chunk of my tire off from that bolt that holds the liner to the quarter panel. I went over a big dip and the bolt dub into the sidewall. Was not pretty.

 

nope, no rubbing a all, fitment is perfect, fronts and rears are totally flush with the fenders.

i do believe that a 9.5 in the rear would be to wide in a 20mm offset, you would probobly want to go with some fender flares...

I'd like to skip rolling the fenders. I have an '06 xB with TRD springs/struts. What's the max LIPpage I can roll with front and rear with no rubbing ?? (well maybe a little )

http://www.buywheelstoday.com seems to think my xb on 215/35/18's + these rims means I should buy 2.5" lip for the front, 3.5" lip for the rear, with a 40mm offset. (part WT8804CR40HB and WT8804CF40HB)
What do you guys think?

2.5 lip / 3.5 lip will fit no issue with rubbing. my offset is 20mm front and back, but the rears are a 120mm lip.. thats almost a full 5 inches.. a 3.5 lip is what i have on my fronts.. you could do a 3.5 all the way around without a problem. it is REALLY easy to roll the rear fenders, or even easier to take a cut off wheel, and cut out the inside lip of the fender. i rolled mine with a peice of pipe wrapped in painters tape, wedged in between the fender lip and the rear tire, using the tire as a leverage point, starting at the back and working my way forward, both fenders took me an hour to do total... but again, you can just cut out the fender lip(watch your fingers when you wash the car though!) i would recomend rolling over cutting the fender lips personally, but if you cut them out (takes 2 min) make sure you leave a tiny bit of lip on the inside to help retain the shape of the fender and to help keep it from wanting to flex out and "pinch" in the center. the lip does provide some integrity to the fender, i'de say if you cut it leave 1/8'' on the inside and you should be good.. if you could tape off the inside and outside of the fender and cover the tires it would be best if you hit the cut metal with some rust proof primer when all is done..

You've so convinced me to roll my own rear fenders :-)

I'm not sure EXACTLY what I'm rolling though. The goal is more clearance for your tires/wheels. So, you roll (bend?) the rear wheel well fender lip UP? and UNDER? the wheel well? Is this correct?

Does anyone have pictures before and after a rolled fender? I'm not sure what a properly roller rear tire well fender lip should look like and I really don't want to F' it up.

LOOK AT THE LIPS ON THAT THING!!! THEY ARE AWESOME! are you able to turn your front wheels lock to lock without rubbing? any mods necessary if the car isn't lowered? i'm debating between the axis decade or the widetracks and am trying to go for the same look with the deep dish...any recommendations?

 

i have a slight rub at full lock right, no rub at full left lock.
if i back off just slightly from full lock right, i don't rub, maybe a 1/16 of a turn, it's very very slight at full lock right, i should have an alighnment done. i haven't checked to see what is actually rubbing, because it has only rubbed 2x... i just back off on the steering when i am pulling into my parking spot and it;s fine. under normal daily driving there is no issue... u-turns are fine and i don't rub. i'm sure if i looked in the wheel well at full lock right, i could find the rub and mod the plastic in the wheel well somehow to elliminate the rub altogether, but as i said, it's rubbed 2x only, and that was when i ws testing for rubs, under normal driving, there is no rubbing. if you are not lowered, you probobly wont have that issue at all. they will look sweet on yor box! the decades are also nice, but don't have the 120mm lip.. i believe the decades have the maxis lip which is 90mm, which is what my front lip is. if you decide to lower your box later, make sure you roll the rear fenders - very easy, took me about an 1/2 hour to roll each rear fender. there are also a few good vip style rims out there with nice lips, executive style, etc, i just am a fan of the spoke design with a lip the size of my left ball... i have the motegi ff7's on my other box, and wanted to do something very similar to that style but with a real lip, saw the widetracks and fell in love...
