Trust me, it WILL still rub. I have OTG spacer/camber stacked along with rolled fenders and it rubbed with my kids in the car.

a I have the Tien S-techs and yes they do rub. Even when i drive on the road or freeway and hit a low spot it hits. So if you like driving your car with passengers in the front or even the back then these wheels arnt for you. If you do decide to run these wheels you might want to run a flare cause it doesnt look quite right without it.

Im glad someone started this thread, cause im getting tired of answering the same questions everyday LOL "im not trying to be mean but it does get old saying the same thing everyday"

I love the old school deep dish jdm look. Most of the ones I've been seeing are 0 offset, which unfortunately won't fit on the XA.
Oh well maybe I can put them on my 89 Mr2

END ALL QUESTIONS.

If you want these wheels WITH DF210, get your REAR FENDERS ROLLED and run 195/45

If you want these wheels WITHOUT DF210 (something not as low as a drop) I would still get the rear fenders rolled, and you could try running a 205/50, but it would have to be a small one at that.

I wonder what the status with the OG's is going to be on our cars with the higher offset may be a better solution.

I was really excited about getting the 002's because I really dig the deep look and love how they stick out of the fender some.. reminds me of the old school rides rocking daytons and I am kinda ____ed its not going to work out but it sounds like more of a headache than I am willing to deal with for my daily driver.

I have decided to just drop on some df210s for the time being and work on audio, maybe I will look into the OG's or something else that comes out between now and the summer at that time.

I get a feeling the deep low offset wheel is coming back in style for some reason kind of like the pedal pushers for chicks

when you guys say roll the fenders to run the 002s, you mean just getting rid of the lip on the inside of the fender correct?

also a lot of people are saying they had the 210s and rubbing, what about the s-techs and rolled fenders? think there will be as many problems?

I'm still taking the plunge and getting these rims...I like em'!!!

Besides, I know for a fact that there are plenty of others rockin' these wheels. So a bit of modification has to happen...isn't this part of why we like these cars? To mod them...some will be easy...some will not be so easy...but it's fun and challenging, it's all part of the game...

we're making these
rims sound like it's brain damage.

listen to the people
who have them. not sure why
someone doesn't rub but rolling
the fenders will save you a lot of trouble.

doesn't sound good either while rubbing.

revjolly, i think this wheel in 15x7 looks boring. the only reason it looks as good as it does is because of the offset, width, and lip, none of which you'll get in the 15x7. from what i remember, the guy with the xa running these wheels said he wasn't rubbing that bad, but i think lots of people say that just to not feel bad about spending money they shouldn't have for a wheel that takes some effort to fit right. just my opinion though.

what i know for a fact is a guy around where i live has them on his xb and he rubs all day with the 210's. that's actually the reason i didn't get these wheels early on. they're a pain in the **** for someone who just wants to slap on a set of wheels and drive.

I can't even figure out which wheel we are referencing now. The 210's or axis? I think 210 but I wanted to be sure.

210s are springs, 002s are the rims people are talking about.

O.k...I couldn't figure out if the topic had moved to 'axis' discussion.
Thanks for the clarification
