Fail tranny: Nope...I have an auto. Is yours a manual? There has been occurence of some manual tranny owners of this issue. This has been attributed to user error.
Grille falling off: Nope.
Rear Window molding: Nope.
BTW, I have an 2004 w/ 40,000+ miles.

Check with your state's lemon laws. Get everything they do in writing. You should receive a receipt from the dealer explaining what inspection and work was performed or if a part was ordered.

Ouch! Harsh! I bought a new jet ski in 94. First 3 times I used it, bam it broke down. Dealer would fix it and it would break. After a month and a half it ran fine and then went to the dock to see my ski with just the handle grips out of the water. The intake grate had fallen off causing it to sink. Ok fixed that. Next time I rode it the motor blew. The dealer contacted Arctic cat the manufacturer and they gave me the next model and year up for free. Hope you have the same luck. I feel sorry for whomever buys yours used from that dealer.

ha ha . that's what they'd like us to think. it's their fault for using parts meant for a slower , lighter , less modded car. WEAK
