chrome wheels aren't a very good idea. unless you live in a salt free area and clean them every day.

well - to me, a lot depends on the color of the car. the Dolce would be smokin' on a black or white box. I don't think either would look good on a silver box. the Akuza's would look good on Envy, Black Cherry...

it really comes down to overall composition - especially if your looking towards chrome. any other chrome on the car? you gonna lower it? tint it? spoiler or no spoiler? carbon fiber anywhere?

and I don't mean to be a jerk - but you checked the bolt pattern, right?

Those wheels are heavy & chrome makes them even heavier. I don't like them, but if I had to pick one, I'd get the Dolce. ( 'o') !!

chrome doesn't make them heavy...

the material underneath make them heavy.

Leanin' more toward the Dolce, myself. The Akuzas look pretty generic to me. I get more of a VIP vibe off the Dolces.

Yea, I wouldn't go with either of them, but then again, I absolutely hate chrome wheels, I've seen a very minimal amount of xB's that I think can pull it off. But, if you're dead set of either of those 2 wheels, I'd go with #1.

Do your thang and let them do thiers. Originality is the key to customizing, therwise we would all be driving the same car.

However, you said that you are getting them for your wifey......my wife tore up every dam curb she met while parking so I hope she can handle chrome. It's a beyaaatch to look at when they get scratched and expensive to repair.

That being said, I like the first one.

that's a totally true statement. Chrome looks like crap and cannot be repaired easily. That's why my wife runs a non-clearcoated aluminum wheel.
