That is a good deal. The main thing to ask though is how heavy are those wheels then? If they weigh to much you will kill the little performance you got. Also what brand & model of tire do you get? Might just be some crap brand.

You could always paint the calipers and drums. I've still gotta do the drums. I love small spokes... AND it makes them really easy to clean.
