Default Ride Quality on Rear Spacers?

I just ordered 20mm rear hub spacers thinking that the ride will not suffer. Now some of my buddies are telling me that it will cause more vibration.

Will the ride suffer from using spacers? I don't want a harsh ride or a noisy cabin...

You shouldn't notice any difference with the hub spacers.

I've had the OTG stacked rear spacer shims for about a year and I have never noticed any difference at all (other than the look, obviously).
