rim width sizing?

Default rim width sizing?

running on stock rubber which is better a wider rim 7inchs or the stock steelie 6 inches width???

and why is it better?

Good question cause I'd like to know too. I wanna put my stock rubber on the Axis Oldskools, which are 15x8.

If you like the streched look, go with teh 8". IF not go with the 7", The 8" will stretch the tires a little. Not bad though.

yea there are plenty of ppl that stretch stock tires on 8.

My goodyears are stretched out as much as you should on 7 inch wides. 8" is way too much for me for only a 185/60. You will prolly need something more like a 205/50r15 for an 8 inch rim to be safe.

I am running a 195/45 on my 002, with plenty of miles and pot holes, I have had zero prob with them.

I would do the 7" width and push for 8" too.
