i shipped some bbs wheels + tires off my old evo ix a month ago through fed ex...
I just went to a local shipping place who sold boxes and was certified fed ex shipper and had them box them for me and ship...it was like 180$ to have them custom package and shiped and add insurance for all 4 wheels..it would be alot cheaper if you provided your own boxes and packaged them urself..each wheel will be around 22lbs +/-

It is very easy, I have found fed ex or even DHL to be cheapest when shipping wheels. I have done it numerous times. As said earlier, save money by getting your own materials. The most I have ever paid to ship wheels is 150.00. But that was from vegas to New York w/ insurance. I will split the shipping costs with you. I want these wheels.

I've just slapped some cardboard on the ends and tapped the crap out of my wheels when I've had to ship them. Shipped them as four individual packages. Cost me about $140 to ship from WI to CT.
