Tire Rub Question for 205/50 or 225/50/15's
I'm going to be picking up a set of Drag DR-16's in two weeks and was wondering if anyone had any experience with 15x7 wheels with 40mm offsets and the aforementioned tire sizes? Which size should I go with since I'm lowered on H-techs and Echo shocks? Thanks!

The only issue that I can think of are that some xBs have a little notch in the rear suspension arm. I want to say that only the 2006 xBs have that, but I could be wrong. It sticks out right about where the sidewall of the tire is at. A 225/20-15 tire will definitely rub on that. Some people just file/grind/chop it off. If you can get wheels with a +20 to +25 offset, you'll be better off as long as you are not slammed to the ground. You can use either 205/55-15 or 225/50-15 if you want to keep the same diameter of the original 185/60-15 tires. ( ^_^)
