I heard it's a very cheaply made wheel. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

I'm not a big fanof screws/nuts or rivits as a decoration on wheels.
= harder to keep clean.

I had some 17" Exel wheels, never had a problem with them. The only wheels I did have a problem with were RH (Racing Harts)
