so for the guys who are experiencing rubbing... Are you rubbing on the inside or outside of the fenderwell?

If i get 205/50/16 with no spacer and roll the fender would I still rub?

I do tend to use my car to take people around.

On a side note, I went to Keyport NJ from Orlando Fl 450 pounds overloaded, the back bumper was 3 in off the ground all the way up there, no issues with hitting the bumpstops or anything. I averaged 30 mpg doing 80-85mph all they way there. They I got to the hotel and took the speedbump a bit too fast...OOPS! no biggie no damage.

Well I got the wheels and tires installed.

I got Kumho ECSTA ASX's in 195/50/16.

With the Tein S tech springs, I would have definite rubbing issues in the rear. I do not have the fenders rolled.

I will post up pics soon. I have not had the chance. I will still roll the fenders because will have access to the tool and and if i load up by box it will probably get down enough to possibly rub.

I really am loving the Kumho's. I have been running them on two of my cars, total 4 sets. I like the performance and the price. $394.00 on the wheel out the door. The tire has a rim rash protector so the edge does not stick out.

UPDATE
i get the falken 185/50/16 i had to remove my rear hub spacer & take everything out of that back to keep from rubbing.
now on wednesdat i installed my Tein SS coilovers and i raised the back up a bit and i don't have any rubbing issues at all, i did have s-tech.
i ordered -3 camber for the rear from keoki so whenever i get that in ill lower it back down
