I doubt they are the NASCAR tires. This is a real bB from Japan (note the non USDM cars in the background). Plus, this pic is a few years old already; it could be anything. It looks like an old Goodyear Polyglas tire, but it clearly says "Eagle" on them.

 

It's probably a standard H speed rated Goodyear Eagle Passenger car tire. Alot of those tires have the white lettering on them still it's just now days people have them mounted so the black wall is out.
