Default What will Fit Looking For 15's

Ok I am new to this Low profile thing. I want to buy rims and tires for my Xb, but can only really afford tires right now, of which I really need, and then buy rims at a later date. I would like to know if 15x8 sportmax 002's will rub at all and what size tire I can run on them.

I guess my question is if I buy tires now for my stocks wheels which size should I get that would be able to fit on the 15x8's.

Don't mind the dirty car. Camera phone pic. I also want to get a carbon lip kit as well.

James

Here are some color choices which do you think will look best.

I have those wheels with a 205/50 and about a 1.5" drop. Just do a search for sportmax 002. You will learn everything that you need to know about them.

YOu can stretch the stock tires on the 15x8's. This gives you more wheel clearance too if you go with the popular +0 offset. I have even seen 165's on a 8" wheels. So anything between 165 and 205 will work.

as fr as tire size goes. Gothbox and I are both running 195 series tires. For color i like gold wheels on a white box. The gold would look damn good on your box i think!

195 is very popular on a 8" wheel. Go with the +0 offset on a 8" an drun them, you will be set.

ANd I know about shops not wanting to stretch. I wanted to stretch 195's on my 9" fronts, and 205's on my 10" rears. But my shop would only do 205 F and 225 R. Stretched, but not what I was hoping for.
