Ok, I need some advice on offset here. What is the offset i can safely run with a 17x7 rim without the fear of rubbing?

You can run all the way up to about +45 without fear of rubbing on the inside.

+45 will be VERY close to rubbing in the rear. I could barely fit a quarter between mine.

I'm running 17x7 +42 with OTG 10mm shims in the rear and it sits very nicely.
