Default Wheel specs

Why is it so difficult to find wheel specs thru most websites? Some sites like wheelspecs.com are helpful, but not enough. I've been to the major wheel sites (tirerack.com, wheelmax.com, discounttiredirect.com, speedandstyle.com) and i'm still not finding the information that I want. Most importantly I'm looking for weight and offset.

I understand I can fulfill all my deep dark desires by getting some Works/Volks/Grams, but I don't want to be spending $500 a rim. I'd ideally like the following: 16", ~15lbs, ~30 offset

Any suggestions?
