will these fit?
Wheel Size: 18x7.5
Bolt Pattern: 4x100 4x114.3
Wheel Offset: 42mm
My uncle ordered them for me for my birthday, I just want to know if they'll fit.
Do I need spacers or anything??

They'll fit. That's exactly what I run.
^^^ That's not a bad suggestion though for any wheel. Mount one up before you throw tires on them just to make sure there are no wierd clearance issues with the brakes or whatever. Doesn't hurt you or anything like that.
