Default Would 18x8 +38 offset fit with Tein. S.Tech Springs for a xB

Would 18x8 +38 offset fit with Tein. S.Tech Springs? I don't want to rub or roll the fenders, but I'll be having about a 1.5 in drop. I was just wondering if this is a safe fit for my xB and if there would be any camber. Also, what would be the recommended tire size? Thanks in advance.
