Those look like Tomas' ebay covers. Great look. Who sells them there? (vendor name or item name please)

better to call "hubcaps" by the real name: wheel covers
"hubcap' originally denoted a small cover to protect the stub of the axle or wheel bearings. Later on, when these pressed steel wheels came in (about 1930), the term "hubcap" refered to a larger, snap-on cover to hide the bolt hole pattern. The wheel bearing/stub axle cover was now termed a "dust cap".
The full-face cover on a steel wheel was best termed a wheel cover, to differenciate this full face cover from its half-sized sibling, the mis-nomered snap on bolt pattern cover/cap.
nowadays the dust cap is histor and the hubcap is rare and the wheel cover has it's fans and "rims" are the new misnomer, made "correct" by popular acclaim. Alloy wheels are not "rims' but wheels made of alloy instead of pressed steel.
The original use of "rim" was for the steel band around the fellow of a wire or wooden spoked wheel, which held the tire.
Some rims were demounatble as simple rings. Very aptly nameed "demountable rims" back then.
interesting thread. Please do not mind this minor sidebar. History is interesting. Rims of today will be unwanted crap tomorrow. The steel wheel shall never be obsoleted by cheap cast brittle alloy. Woooot for naked steelies.

Well some cars used to come with beauty rings in the past, none do now obviously. I know of people going to junk yards and picking some up for like $10, that are in mint shape.
The best thing to do is PM someone on the forums with them and ask, i know theres a few places online that carry them, i just can't think of the url's right now. I do know, that you'll be paying around $50. Give or take.
