if you stretch the tires you will almost always have the edge of the rim showing. unless of course you are only a tiny bit like maybe half inch stretched.

the rim protectors just add weight to a tire , don;t really protect the rim and yeah.

tirerack doesnt have 195/60/R15

^ discount tire co i think they got them for like 117 but thats for 225/40 18 so yours should be cheaper

I'll vote with some others for BFG Traction T/As if one is looking for a quality general purpose touring tire with long wear on 15 inch wheels. Stock size or one size over. My box wears 'em, pics in my profile.

if ur going with 16s then get Pirelli P6's . had them on my last car, ran a 205/55/16, beat the snot out of them and they took it. very sticky street tire while giving you excellent bad weather traction.
