i have those on my integra, they are very high quality and very light weight, you can't use impact guns on these lugs (you shouldn't use them on any lugs for that matter)
mine faded from black to a weird bronzish color but all the vendors are saying that the new batched have better anadizing.

so to answer your question, these are not cheapo's and they are very well worth the money.
