I picked these up from Mobile HID on Saturday. Cliffud is his screne name and he's a great guy, local here in AZ.

These things are great, absolutely easy install and it comes complete with wiring harness and relay. They have the xenon low beam bulb and a halogen high beam bulb on the same base with a glare shield. Only had to make one splice to make the high beam work, but I really don't need them anymore. Nobody flashed me on the way to work this morning, the pattern is fairly close to stock.

I find myself listening to Fred on XM a lot lately. I've been hearing a lot of squeeze, OMD, simple minds, the cure, etc. I love it.

lol---your stuck in the 80's just like I---lol. I know that this is not the topic but I am Glenn Tilbrook CD/ Album graphic designer. I just finish a " Limited Edition " EP Album for Glenn a few days ago with Limited Edition Posters ( nothing has goone to print just yet, will very very soon ). As you may know Glenn Tilbrook was the singer/ songwriter for SQUEEZE.

Now working on 5 more projects for him with others ( CD's ) coming soon. I have some vinyl of Glenn Tilbrook and Squeeze on my xB. I dont know if you saw it, I will be adding more---lol. Have to help promote the music !!!!!!!

I will have to post some things when they are finish for you to check out. Thats cool that you are a fan of the 80's.

I saw it when you first got it put on, but I didn't make the connection. I didn't get over to look at it Sat. other than to notice how cool the orange & blue lighting looked.

I was living in the dorms at NAU from 85-88, listening to old-fashioned electronic music and partying way too much.

The ones from mobileHID (cliffud) do. It's built into the bulb, keeps the light from bouncing all over the place. The top cutoff line is pretty close to stock, just a little less distinct. I can only what it would look like without the shield, light reflecting off that flat bottom of the housing going everywhere.

That's what I wanted to stay away from. I also read somewhere that as you get bluer you lose light output, so bright white with just a tiny little touch of blue was good for me.

i got the same kit from cliff. its amazing. it makes you feel like the road was intended for these lights. you can see the sparkle in the street paint. you can see the reflectors in the road like a 1/4 mile away. signs light up now. its perfect. and cliffs set is top notch.
