has anyone on this site has had this setup before. i'm asking because i hate my cutoff/glare with my 6000k techone hid kit.

the ballast that came with the techone kit will power the d2r bulbs.

i'm hoping the cut off/glare with the casper shields will reduce greatly. if u used this before, please post pics of the cutoff or the light output.

I was actually considering doing the same thing.

My g/fs cousin has 4300k D2R bulbs on his 03 Civic w/ Casper shields. The light output is pretty good considering its a halogen reflector housing.

 

cool, i've searched the HID Planet forums but that website is biased and only likes retro fits and they hate people with ebay hid kits.

on the civic, what a bout the cutoff and is there a lot of glare?
