I was thinking bout that last week, but there maybe a problem w/ water or rain getting into small area's of the projector and small area's where the wires go in the projector housing. I imagine that you can seal up those little areas, but the HALO'S will be exposed too. Plus those nasty rock chips! AAhweee...

i just installed these exact-same halos on my car however i wasn't sure how to hook up the actual halos and leds. mine have the same yellow wiring as shown above for the halos and leds but i didn't know where to hook em up to. anyone know where i can get direx or a diagram on how to hook these up? right now i've only got the original parking/turning lights and headlights on. any help would be appreciated. thanks!

silicone is heat resistant, so its pretty much impossible to take the front lens off once the silicone cures without extensive cutting. just incase you guy didn't already know that.

I'd say use that black ____ which is used to seal in wind shields.

sorry to bring back an old post but you don't want to use urethane it will not come off once on, I'm planning to do this soon to my projectors and if anyone else needed to know how to open them this will put this back towards the top

Did you have a seal covering the screws in the back of the headlight? If you did do you have to reseal that also?
