good luck with the purchase if you do buy from him. Email him first and make sure you are in contact with him before you buy.

revzo was the one selling the dual halos for 50?

cause i searched ebay last night and there were no dual black halo projectors for 50.

and about the halos; are they a certain color or is the color of the ring dependant on the color of the bulb in that projector?

thanks

i got mine from ScionSport.com ....
but i picked them up at their location here in Socal.
they did fog up but i noticed i didn't install the bulb correctly..once i fixed it the fogging issue was corrected and been good ever since.

if one of yours is fogging check that the bulb is on there tight ,,..real tight.. that might fix the fogging...

The halo rings are each lit with two leds. The leds send the light through the tubes. I would assume it is possible to switch the leds to another color (stock is white), but I haven't tried. Might be glued in.

the rings and the three little lights are all LEDs. Two for each ring. You can wire them up however you want. The three little lights came prewired together (1 ground 1 positive) The halos/rings each have 1 ground and 1 positive. I hooked the rings and leds both up to the parking lights.

...am I going to need to cut my headlight and parking light wires? I'm not very good with electrical, couldn't it just be a "one wire hook-up" like the old days?

The hookup isn't bad at all. You just have to find which wire you want to tap in to and ground the wires to the body.
I think this is the way is was on my RS 2.0
Drivers side - green = parking silver/green = blinker
Passenger side - green/orange = parking silver/green=blinker

You could use a test light to check also. Just ground it and stick it in the front of the connection to the turn signal.

I just recieved those "cheap projectors" off ebay...Installed them tonight, seem to work very well...I siliconed the wire holes on the bottom so I'll keep posted to whether or not they start to fog up...So far so good

Default projectors

guys i know this may sound kinda weird but scions are part of the import tuner family correct? if u have to fix something fix it urself that way u know u did it right. all the stories about the halo coming off has some truth to it but maybe it was a defective product that was missed and maybe somtimes it can be a co-incident that it happened i have a pair but i havent put it on yet i inspected everything on mine and found no problems. except for a little piece that can be super glued back on. other than that it is fine. and i did get my lights from revzo. it took a while for them to get here. the quote "you get what you paid for" it isnt always true. i have gotten many things cheap and they were worth it. anyways im turning this in to a short story so im goin to shut up now. i feel like im doin this . anyways i just had to say that.
