I am selling the sides and rear cause I need some money... hellofadeal tho... $350 + shipping OBO... these are brand new, JUST got them last week, never mounted, nothing. Everything seems to fit perfect as far as I can tell when I mocked it all up on the car. (I can't post in the F.S. forum yet)
PM me.

I've been thinking about going for a body kit, but I'm in no hurry.
One thing I can say fo sho, is I WILL NOT go with fiberglass kits. It has to be polyurethane. As soon as I hear about a kit cracking during install- I know it's fiberglass. Go with the poly kits, it has flex like the stock bumpers.

well, there is new fiberglass technology... you should see this kit. I only cracked part of the front because I was forcing it, and it was a very rigid portion of the front. The side skirts, the rear, and the rest of the front flex like nothing i've ever seen. PLUS... fiberglass is easy to repair once you know how to work with it.

whenever you buy a fiberglass kit, you have to take it to a shop to get it professionally installed. The have to do a lot of cutting and molding in order for it to fit. The only time you can really ever put on a kit yourself is if you buy a poly urethane kit.......a little bit pricy, but worth it in my opinion.

We sell a few kits in that Flex Fiber Technology. Currently the 2 styles that are in stock are the R33 style and Sniper Wide Body. In about 6 weeks we will get more of the Tarmac kit. You can see pictures of the kits on our website. Just click on the link below.

You don't HAVE TO if you know how to work with fiberglass. I just don't have the time or energy right now.

I still haven't gotten my front end painted. It looks alright... the fenders that I bought from VIS look great. I am hoping to get it all painted by november.

You have to remove the rebar, which I refuse to do because it's not safe AT ALL... so I've been trying to modify the brackets that the rebar attaches to to raise the bar... well, that's a pain in the rear, and I had to stop and put the stock front on because I have no more time today. Never in my life has it taken this hard to get a kit on a car.
Second complaint... the rear bumper has a spot for the license plate... whoever designed it, is a retard because our license plate is already on the hatch... SO... I'm going to spend the next week or 2 filling that hole, and cutting the back out of it because THAT piece won't fit on without removing the rear rebar. ____!
I'm not even going to try the side skirts, so they may be up for sale soon...
let's see, the kit was copied from a JDM Fab kit. So you get the 1st gen bB rear bumper. lol.. better research better next time. that's what you get for buying a copy. as far as the front bumper? you can reweld the mounts to fit. I don't have my bumper support at all. so why not sell the kit and get something that fits the car the way you want.

What people still dont understand.... Is if you but a cheap azz kit... your gonna end up payin ALL the money you just saved (and more) for a bodyshop to try and make something out of it! Does anyone even remember the old saying, "ya get what ya pay for"?

I have been doin body work for several years now. And ive done kits for hundreds of cars, from magazine features to my own kit. And everything in between. It does hold true that original kits DO fit better. But it doesnt stop there. They are usually less wavy and have less pinholes in the gellcoat. This isnt always the case, but its Damn close. Everything can be made to look good, its just as far as how much ya wanna spend.

Just so you get the idea. I myself got a great deal on a "knockoff" kit. But i KNEW what i was getting into. And i KNEW that i could make it work. But lemme tell ya, it took A hell of allota hours to make it into what it is now. You cant go into these things blind and expect everything to be ok. Research! >Mikey

Ill throw ya a pic of how mine turned out:

Yea I saw all the work that went into that so I can imagine. Hopefully a decent quality kit shouldn't be that bad. I would say for the $900 that you could spend on the ED kit vs, the $1800 on the Fabulous USA kit, I hope it isn't hard. I'mma come to you to help put mine on when I get it Mikey

I'm not afraid to put the work into it, I just thought it'd be easier than my last 3 cars to fit, because the cars I used to have were all custom kits basically... they were modified honda accord bumpers that needed a lot of work as well. I guess I was stupid for thinking a copy of something made specifically for this car would be easier than trying to fit something that belonged on another car... ::rollseyes::

Stock Scion xb parts!!! Everything else will more than likely need some sort of massaging to fit. Unless of course you by bb bumpers to go with your bb kit then you may get lucky.

id say just about eh... 75 percent of body kits require you to shave or move the front rebar.
