Yeah I got the eBay sonars, AKA the "euro" headlights... after my last pair of eBay headlights I made sure to cover every single crack or gap with silicone, but now they work out great! I like the fact that you can adjust the beam pattern vertical or horizontal.

yes the single projector housings seems to prove to be the best that i found so far. i have the dual projector and thinking of trashing them. because they're not adjustable, the cut off and light out put is horrible. resorted back to my sonars as you saw in the thread.

QUESTION to any one that can help. HOW do you remove the front lense out of the housing without damaging them. i heard you can put them in the oven but i don't what the temperature should be.

i think it's about the same as the box or xa. open hood, undo bumper (not the whole thing) just enought to get to the low housing screws, and unscrew stock housing. my two cents.

best thing to do is ask the tc peeps.

Personally, I have had success putting them one at a time on a sheet pan, in the oven at 250 degrees for 10 minutes, then getting a flat head screw driver and slowly prying the apart from the case.

modified my sonar projectors. brighter LED for the halos, painted the chrome black, and painted the clear reflector amber. i left the part next to the reflector chrome because the black housings that you buys is painted kinna of a gun metal color.
let me know what you guys think.

I love my sonars. I didnt have any clear reflector like you did though. Mine are amber to begin with. The cutoff and full adjustability is a huge plus.
