any one try just getting a regular mesh or billet grille and put the fogs behind them?

The ones most of us on this thread have used, the Walmart ones, would not fit behind a grill, as most wouldn't either. The Raidator support is right behind there and a really shallow fog light would be needed. But I would like to see it!

It would work if you did them in the center grill......plenty of space.... I wounted my police lights there with no problem and they are twice as big as any fogs are.....

btw this is from about 2 feet away from my car thats why they are dim.......if you stand back more than 10 feet they blind the hell out of you..... so fogs would show through no problem

Ill try and get video of them tonight and repost to show how bright they are

yes they would fit if you stick to this thread. but i think they might stick out just a little. i don't think that should be an issue.

the two lower grille on the sides? you pretty much just pull on them while pushing on the center one right next to it. pushing on the center one will help with easy removal. but pretty much just pull on them.

Did you wire into the factory fog wire? My understanding is(I may be wrong) that the relay for the factory lights isn't installed unless the factory lights are/were actually installed.

I don't have any pictures, but I just bolted the ground onto the existing bolt that held the bottom of the bumber onto the radiator support, it was like 3 inches away.

Hmm, I'm not sure where it's located. Near the fuse panel maybe..? Check the tech section.

I have the lights already but I was thinking about getting a new CF lower lip. In your opinion, would you drill into the new CF Lip for these lights? Im kinda undecided right now. I don't want to spend $40 on those stupid grill things either, but I don't want to drill into a brand new $250 CF lip either.
