that usually means the positive is touching something metal and grounding it out.

so the solution would be trace the wire from the battery back and double check it? or what?

yep. you say "both positions" on the switch. Is is not an illuminated switch with three blades? I was thinking maybe you had a ground and a power mixed up.

I'm using a non illuminated switch that fits into the center console blanks. so check wiring between lights and switch or switch and bettery...or both?

through that hole in the firewall where all the other wires go through. near the fusebox.

How is the visibility of the blazer lower grill foglight compare to the original xb foglights? I'm still debating which style to go.

can i change the bulbs in the blazer fog lights? cuz i don't like the yellow and amber look. i want some clear/white bulbs 2 match my HID's

and adapter to wire the H3 bulbs. The Blazer ones have a circular connection where normal H3 bulbs have a spade connection ill get pics of mine later. you'll see what im talking about

Good to know. One of my bulbs just burnt out this morning, so this would be a good time to get a different color.

just a heads up, it's not the bulb that's yellow, it's the lens. Changing the bulbs won't do much to change the color.

Though I was at the store last night and saw that Blazer sells clear lens fog lights as well, so if you haven't gotten your lights yet, that'd be the way to go. The only caveat is that they're not all-weather like the yellows.

No need to spend money on an adapter, just cut and solder the wires.
