I drove quickly through a puddle/ditch thing and one of mine came out....

the other one i just pulled out by hand...i dont think they're in there too tightly, just give em a tug and see what happens...

the last time i removed my front lip to repaint it i noticed that the bottom grill is only on there with "snaps" you can pretty much just push it off. I belive the middle grill is similar but you should check , why you removing them anyways?

Well, what you do is you get a T-Shirt. Wrap it tightly around your fist, and proceed to punch it. Actually, what you want to do is reach up behind the thing you wanna remove, and youll feel a hole in the bumper right behind the part you want out (ittl be on the side closest to the center of the car) and press straight out, and the otherside (towards the outside of the car) is just a hook type of thing. Ittl just pop right out. Thats for the drivers side, youll also have to squeeze the little arrow thing connecting the grille insert to the car to remove it, very simple, takes like, 15 seconds total.

there is a how to which shows how to clear your headlight corners(which it looks like you have done). In that tutorial it shows how to remove your front bumper. I'm guessing once you have the bumper off it will be pretty easy to see how they are attached.
