Default jdm bb headlight assembly

anyone know where i can get my hands on a jdm bb headlight assembly for my '05 scion xb? just trying to go for a different style and i've been seeing alot of people with this assembly but no one actually knows where to get their hands on one as they get it from their friends who get it from their friends and their friends only have one pair to sell, etc. does anyone know someone who is selling or can get their hands on the bb headlight (the one with the glass lens). I would really appreciate any info. thanks.

I'm watching cause I'm mad that Toyota can't seem to be able to get Toyota parts. What's up with that??? We should be able to get any and all bB parts we want here in the USA.

For a new set all you need is a part number and a dealership that is willing to get them for you. Used they are about $350-$400 • New they are about $650-$800. I only purchased mine because they were needed for the DAMD smoked grill cover.

yeah, if you have the part number and can find a dealership that is willing to get them for you, you can get them. just keep checking the classified section and clubxb.com's classified. a set pops up for sale every so often.

The reason most dealerships will not get them is because they are not U.S. DOT approved headlights.

You are right plus it can be a real hassle for them.

Oops well then I am driving around with illegal headlights.

Check the forums, everyonce and a while a set pops up. If anybody has questions about getting them to work properly (well at least the turn signals) pm me!

If you are talking about the headlights in the picture below then they are pretty easily obtained from carson toyota.

Carson has them for $399 plus tax and they are not glass they just have the look of glass.
