i just bought some lids like mazda6stuff makes. you can see the light coming out of the top of the headlight though. is that normal or did i ____ them up putting them on? lol. i made the top of the sticker flush with the edge of the headlight, but the top of the headlight meaning the part that points upward toward the hood you can see light coming out of it. i dont like it at all.

 

the light shines out the top and side of the eyelids, i think im gonna take my headlights out and paint them blackto match the eyelids so the light wont shine through

 

It may be bobo but I'd use black tape or vinyl on the top edge of the light cover, and maybe the inside edge where it meets the grille... that should solve the problem.

 

i have a roll of electrical tape in my glove box from exposed at giants stadium i was going to use to make it black hahaha. a few of my fellow NRG members talked me out of it...

i do have some black vinyl around too...

Like I mentioned a while ago I ordered a FFF but it cracked in transit.

I think the current grille I have and the JPusa lids will work well when colormatched TCM. I might even just paint the top part of the grille so it lines up with the bottom edge of the lids, so it'll have a FFF look but a different design (still carbon from the opening down...) Haven't seen that done yet.
