You need to cut the adhesive. The right way is with one of these, but you might be able to do it with a home made version using some thin cable & two pieces of wood.
It is a bastard to get most modern glued-in glass out intact and reusable. Your best bet would be to go to a local glass place and see if they were willing to remove it for a fee.

I'm assuming this is the fixed glass on the rear quarters and/or hatch. If you aren't worried about vacuuming up bits of glass you can easily BFH it, then use whatever scrapers you have to remove the adhesive (and stuck on bits of glass) from the body.
If you want to make it neater cover the inside with tape, carefully BFH it then push the taped glass out onto a tarp and scrape adhesive.
Cleanest way is to find something with a sharp edge you can slide between the glass & the body from inside and cut the adhesive. a hacksaw blade isn't the best to start with, but once you have a cut all the way through at one point it might be the best common tool for cutting.

Dear ScionLife...
Thanks for the safe ways of glass removal, I really appreaciate it... Now all I need to do is have the new glass put in the DSM and its ready for the road, its old windshield was cracked all too hell (see what I did there?)
As far as the xB project goes... the part is now in bare metal and the powder shipped on friday... I should have it this week, and it should almost be done next weekend
