has anybody had to use the lifetime warranty. i had one of my HIDs turn bright red and they said yeah its under warranty and i had to take a ton of pics and send to them and now after i sent pics they have not sent anything back to me really upsetting me bc now i have to put my stock stuff back together bc in order to take the pics you have to cut the cords to the bulb

Bummer.... Most companies want pictures to prove that there actually is a problem.

 

yeah i had to cut the wires right out of the back of my bulb take tons of close up shots so that he could see that the bulb could not be used anymore so i did all that he said the pics looked good then he never said anything after that so i told him i needed to know what was going on or i would take my problems with them to some forums and right away they wanted to make it right for me so they are overnighting me my bulb
