Nice color! I hit 2 deer at the beginning of this month and thought about seeing how much it would be to paint my '06 box like a candy apple green. I thought it would be a unique color for a unique car.

Out of curiosity... where did you see that Maxima? Was it in person or online? It sounds like a buddy of mine's old Maxima. He is from Iowa. It was all shaved and juiced on some chrome 18s last time I saw it back in '02.

As promised....sorry this took so long. It's been a rough couple of weeks, a lot of things happening at once and I haven't had the chance to ask my friend for these yet, but luckily she remembered for me and emailed them to me today...





I didn't get any pictures of the front or inside because I wasn't sure if me and my friend were even supposed to be in the parking lot anyway, so we snapped these two real quick and then ran for it. Later on I found out that what we were doing is fine and even welcomed, so hopefully I'll go back to corperate sometime soon and get more pictures.

Funny, I saw a green box today in Pasadena, and it looked nice, but this looks really good.
It takes an off-beat car to look good in that color - I think it's good choice!

They should start arriving on dealership lots around the end of February. Possibly a little bit sooner on the coasts. Any dealership will take a pre-order at this time.

I guess we'll have to see what the actual window sticker says. As has been noted, the headrests and Alpine unit are post production OPTION.

I haven't been informed about anything. I'm merely basing my guesses off what they've done in the past.

And it wouldn't be the first time that a manufacturer has made claims and changed their minds at the last minute.

If someone can snap a picture of the window sticker, that will settle all discrepencies and eliminate any questions about what it comes with and what are added.

This is a copy of the dealer memo that was sent to all dealers about pricing the day the official announcement was made by Scion about the RS 3.0. When I put down my deposit and discussed pricing the salesperson and I both looked it over for the first time together. I believe it was sent to dealers on Jan 2nd or 3rd.
The things on the list are not options but are part of the RS 3.0 package. The note below the list points out what a great deal the pricing package is because of competitor pricing for the dual head rest system alone. I have paperwork quoting me the basic xb price plus the $2310 RS3 package price.
I am sure anything is possible but I doubt Scion is going to change the package or pricing since they sent out a memo telling all dealers what came with package and the MSRP for it. I am sure for the doubters you can stop in the local dealer and see the same memo as I did.

I think the Alpine system is a big reason they're going to do an RS4.0. Not everyone wants video.

I wish we could figure out the RS4.0 color. We're trying to get special rims done that will be available through your Scion dealer only and knowing he coolor would speed things up a bit!
