Ha ha yea you can draw on it
no it's not sprayed on . it's actually rolled on. it was a very simple paint job. the hardest part is the prep work .

How well will that paint hold up to the elements? Will it fade at all?

it should not fade that bad, I had to redo my black after about 2 years, but my car sits uncovered in full sun everyday.

threw the D2s back on, and I think they look better with the new paint then they did before.
with the right size tires it will look even better, and will be able to drop the coil overs more as well.
has a 215/45/17 on there now, going to go with a 205/40/17

nope it's a tintable chalk board paint. there are several shades of green. A blue, purple, pinkish color . Just go to the paint dept. at home depot and look for it. it shows the colors on the box. all you do is take it up to the paint counter and have them mix it up to the color of your choice.
