I've never shaved door handles, but I do know that autoloc has been around a long time. I'd suggest going with them only because they would probably stand behind their product better than a fly-by-night ebay company.

Im using autoloc still and trust them all the way..

Ive bought just the poppers and hooking them to my Aftermarket Alarm

I have my doors done and the 15lb suck unless you use a plunger. The 35 will pop it open without a plunger.

i could be wrong but.... when you shave the handles you will use poppers to open the door but wouldnt that interfere with the upward motion of the lambo hinges?

i think shaved would be cool enough. shaved and lamboed is kinda overkill IMO. but what ever you like is cool.

i like this thread though. keep it going. when i get the new paint job, im planning on getting the xB shaved up

Anyone put poppers on the hatch of a box?

I was thinking about adding a second set of struts (to help
lift earlier) and getting some strong poppers to push it out
pretty far.

Any thoughts or suggestions on this?

I'd like to shave handles too, but it's a ways off for me right now.

heres what im doing

Once I get my Kit with the license plate in the bumper Im going to totally shave the rear hatch..

Im going to move the Lights and Button down into the bumper under the lip of the license plate holder and place two popper springs on each side of the bottom of the hatch to help open it..

Instead of Wasting a popper solonoid on the door im going to use the factory lock with helper springs to open it up..

Once its all done my Tag will still have lights to be legal and the button will be some what hidden.

You could get a window module instead, they are more reliable

its a module that rolls down the windows so you can reach in from that outside and open the door, this also keeps finger prints off the paint. it uses a channel in your alarm just like the popper, and since its all eletrical, its going to last alot longer.

Ahhh, I see what you mean. Yeah, I already have that on
my alarm.

I thought you were talking about something for the rear
hatch. Regular doors are pretty easy.
