So, has anyone heard anything yet?

 

Alright everybody, Heres the scoop... I just called Adam at Shine Street and he said Will left the company so Adam is taking over Will's work load. For right now, the Scion Xb bodykit is being put on the back burner. But, come the 1st of the month, he'll get back to us on what they are going to do about the sponsorship for this bodykit. Keep posted to this post as it will be updated very soon with more info.

I'm still waiting to hear a response from Adam over at Street Shine. I haven't heard from him yet so I may give him a call tomorrow to see the updated status on sponsorship for their bodykit. Keep you all posted as soon as I talk to him again.

:oops: Awwww, Brad, now your gonna make me blush. lol. Yeah, I can only hope so. I've seen some pretty hot TCM XB's out there, so I'm sure its up for grabs to a lot of Xb owners out there. I hope whoever gets this kit really goes to the car shows to sport it properly though, I know I would!

Bump! Sup my fellow Scionians! I just hit up Adam at Shine Street and he says they are still a little backed up a bit this month, but will definetely be picking the lucky person for the body kit sponsorship next month in October! Keep a look out for this post for more updates on this bodykit.

Whats up Peter, I've been working a lot of hours at work, been keeping hella busy with little projects and DJing of course. How've you been? Long time no see man!

I'll probably be giving you a call or a visit at the shop this week during noon lunch and see how the body kit on your ride really looks. Let me know when you have some free time to kill so that I can check it out.

I think I'll try calling Shine Street today and see where they are in this selection process. Hopefully they have had time to look into this sponsorship deal. I'll with my conclusions later.

Brad, I can only wish I got a free body kit some how. Nah, but I'm still waiting like the rest of you though.

I did however go down to Shine Street today though to meet with Adam and Peter. Adam's a cool guy, lots of info, I should probably brain storm with him and pick his brain on how I should finish my Xb. Anyways, we got to talking about the bodykit they are going to be sponsoring, and the bottom line right now is, they might be taking this bodykit into R&D for a polyurethane version and chances are they won't know if and when this will get done. I will let you all know the status on this situation as time goes on. I hope somebody who really deserves this bodykit gets this sponsorship and takes care of the Shine Street fellas.

Aaaawwwww shucks fellas :oops: (me feeling bashful right about now), cmon guys, my ride is not half as good lookin' as some of yours out there. I think they are just in an R&D stage right now deciding on whether or not its worth sponsoring/mass producing this kit out of polyurethayne and what not. I'll call Adam tomorrow and see whats up. Peter, if you are reading this, chip in your .02 cents for the inquiring minds of scionlife.
