Default Tail light wire color diagram/breakdown?

I bought a hitch and am looking for the tail light wire color codes for the trailer light hookup. Before you all start about the xB not towing, I AM.
Small trailer, less than 500 pounds.
I need to hook up the trailer lights.
Anyone have the color codes for the stop, turn, and backup?
I searched and can't find the wiring colors. I have a 3 wire to 2 wire converter.
The trailer is a standard 4 wire flat.
I did a amp install and real speakers and could easily find the wiring colors for than.

Thanks for you time!

Kelley

I am looking for the same info. as you
I have the hitch installed and am asembling a small aluminum Trailex trailer and plan to carry only a kayak on it (55 pounds) The trailer will probably be less drag than putting the kayak on top of the xb as many people do.

I wish we can get some help on this subject. My hitch was made by Curt, and I understand they might supply the hitch to U-Haul. U-haul might be of some help with the wiring.

If you are into camping, check out my thread on converting the xb into a one person RV.

Peeps, I wired a 4 wire flat connector... I'm about to head out to lunch in a half hour or so, I'll post up with the wiring colours soon, hang in there.

It's easy to do though, if you wanted to just figure it out. I just used a voltage tester and worked the controls to see which is which (e.g. left/right turn, brakes and then wire the ground). Super easy. Anyway, I'll let u know.

I was thinking about doing that myself tonight... perhaps I still will if you are not able to post yours up today.

Thanks man.

Okay, here you go, first off, even though I know these are right, you better double and triple-check that you wired it up correctly and securely by testing your brakes, parking lamps and turn indicators BEFORE you take it on the road. I know, this goes without saying but I just want to CMA ya' know?
***********************
4-Wire Flat >>to>> Scion '05 xB
***********************
Left Turn >>to>> Green w/ Blk Stripe (left side)
Tail (Parking/Brake Lamps) >>to>> Green w/ Wht Stripe
Right Turn >>to>> Green w/ Yel Stripe (right side)
Ground >>to>> Ground

Happy towing... And definitely take it easy, these things aren't rated for towing and you want to be careful. I have successfully towed numerous times but I have always taken it super easy and it hasn't involved heavy loads or hill climbing.
