The supplier for the Nobleese will onetongarage.com.

I've gotten a couple of parts from there, they were really helpful at the questions I was asking.

Really?

VIP is typified by extra low ride height, extra low offset rims, either very large or smallish rims, usually Japanese-originated bodykits, and a certain "flow" to them. They can range from being outrageous to very subtle.

Subtle:

Pretty Bold:

Simple, but still VIP:

Now, as a counter-point:

Extra low? No.
Extra low offset/wide rims? No.
Bodykit? No.

*In my opinion* that is clearly an American-styled vehicle.

a VIP styled car, IMO, doesn't need to ALWAYS have super low offsets or deep dish. there are quite a bit of examples that the spokes or rim design doesn't even have any bit of lip what so ever. usually though they tend to be wide wheels (as most are RWD and call for that fitment or can get away with running that size anyway).

here's a small clip of what i posted up in clubxb several months back about my humble opinion of VIP:

"you'll probably get a flood of complicated answers but to TRY and simplify things just think of what VIP stands for (Very Important Person). What would a celebrity or high status individual in Europe be driving? A Mercedes or BMW perhaps? More so status symbolism then anything. Exactly what basic VIP in Japan tries to mimic. a rich, luxury sense of feeling. Black VIP or similar dark colored cars for instance have that "CEO" or "Yakuza" kind of style to things. White VIP cars usually symbolize cleanliness or simple appeal of things. same with silver or grey is a happy medium.

also, certain styles are also prevelant in certain areas where people live. for instance you might find cars in a certain area majority might be into drifting, or are into k-cars, or into 4-door sedans, or vans. Japan is very "cliquish" when it comes to most things like this. it's not too often you'll see someone switching out of it."

Cool, thanks for filling me in I'm new to all this, but IMO, if it looks clean and mean it's a higher end. I don't think wheel offsets or extremely low cars make a better case than something that looks amazing and is still able to be driven wherever, whenever. It's all in the eye of the beholder though, so I'll keep this stuff in mind!

the front is definitely a Final Konnexion. the sides might be a mix and match of brands (which wouldn't be such an uncommon thing).
