Default Where to find Tail Lights?

Does anyone know where I can get either of these tail lights here in the US? Or even know who manufactures them? JDMJim or any of the other JDM guys care to chime in?

I think the one on the Garson page might actually be the same light with a red overlay. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The bB Bible shows these without the red from J,Cool Promortion. Rushwork, Hitman, and Garson make one similar with the top light red

I had a set like that but with a red brake light. They were TYC's

Thanks Dewmerz. I'll see what I can find under those company names.

Orataro, they were probably Matrix GR Motorsports. They sell them here in the U.S. Best price I have seen is abouyt $140 online. Thanks for the help though.

OK.. now the question becomes who imports J Cool Promortion? It looks like they carry these. I would really prefer the version without the red lens for the brake light.

Nope, got them direct from Japan.

Currently running tails from Rushworks. You won't find any knock-offs on my ride.

Still have any connections in Japan? I'm in Fresno, so it wouldn't even be that big of a deal to make a trip to Santa Clarita to pick up parts if you can get them.

Thanks for the pix eE. Any information on where to get these? More than likely I'll be looking for the all clear version. Overlays are easy enough to come by if I want them.

Better yet, anyone know who in the US will import J Cool Promortion? I might be interested in two set of these tails. One with the clear lens and chrome housing, and one with the clear lens and black housing. If anyone knows of someone, shoot me PM. Oh, and I've already emailed MyBox.

Not as many contacts as I had before. You know, once getting married the wife doesn't like me keeping in touch with them if you know what I mean. Funny thing, my contacts feel the same way once married. Woman, can't figure them out.

I hear what you are sayin' Ron. And I appreciate your help. Fact is, being JDM isn't all that important to me. I just prefer the look of the all clear tails. And it is for my wife's car.

This post has also lead me to a lot of research I hadn't planned on. Matrix GR Motorsports actually sells TYC tail lights under their brand name. And even though the TYC are JDM, no matter where they were shipped, they all started the same place. Taiwan. Not to knock any of the JDM purists. I understand, and can appreciate why you do what you do.

Oh, and I found better pricing on the Matrix units. $100 plus shipping. Not bad when compared with $250+/- from J Cool before any shipping fees from Japan. I just wish they didn't have the red lens. Maybe I'll get brave with the $100 lights and crack them open.

Thanks Emerson. (That is the right name isn't it?) I knew I should have contacted Autofashion.

I think I am going to pass. If I got some I would want a set that J Cool Promortion sells. Probably one set each of the chrome and black. But judging by their pricing it just isn't worth the investment. $250 a set before shipping is pretty steep. And I know shipping from Japan to SD and then to Visalia will not be cheap.

If it isn't too much work though I would love to get price from you. Even if I don't get the chrome set now for the wife, I may spring for the black set later for myself. Shoot me a PM if you get a chance.
