I've heard lots of people (who have no experience with stretched tires) say it is very dangereous, but I've yet to hear or see anybody with any problems due to stretched tires.

I just bought my buddy's 16x9 with 205/50 stretch. Thousands of miles with no probs....except for the rubbing haha

that was the style in the 90's when i was in high school.
i can't say i like the small cookie cutter wheels, but the box is cool.

Exactly! Never heard of anything adverse happening to anyone with stretched tires. Except for curb rash! lol The ride isn't suffering either. Oh and if you think the tires are going to come off the bead, then you are a moron. 44 psi works wonders!

I was thinking you meant...err...like a wheel that is copied alot or a wheel style that everyone has.

From m-w.com

Main Entry: cookie-cutter
Function: adjective
: marked by lack of originality or distinction <cookie-cutter shopping malls>

My idea of cookie cutter wheel:

Hey Matt, have you measured how low you are? I'm trying to figure out how low my rear is compared to HKS. You are all the way down in the rear, right? Do you know the measurement from the middle of your rear bumper to the ground is?

Might as well ask how low your fronts are too..hehe. You're def lower than me in the front....

I've got some crappy pics in my gallery. With the fat tires, dish, and simple Borbet design, my car looks like a toy RC car or something looks cool. Man, it's true, the pics really don't do it justice, you're car must be awesome in person.

I wanna get some video too....I had MyBoX drive my car so I could see the wheels in motion, there is almost no clearance and looks like an illusion that the wheels don't rub..

How much did it cost for you to get the FFF painted. I'm not satisfied with my job at all lol. I want it glossy to the point that I can see my own reflection clearly, but it isn't.

Well if your asking me I payed $80 at carsmetics. I had it done the same time they fixed my keyed doors. They have the dupont laser matching system. They did a great job.
